Our Opportunity
We have a new opportunity for an exceptional Territory Sales Manager looking for a new challenge to join our Route Food Service team.
You will support the existing Route Food Service Customers in Waikato (predominantly café, bakery and dairy owners) and drive revenue through existing and develop new customer accounts within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring a positive perception of the company and its products
- Develop and implement sales strategies through promotional programs and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain an efficient customer call cycle, completing directed administrative tasks associated with driving sales
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key customers in collaboration with Sales Management
- Driving new customer acquisition
- Utilize our vast portfolio to cross-sell and upsell to drive volume
About You
- Proven sales experience working in the RFS segment and established relationships with RFS customers
- A passion for sales and a winning attitude
- A hunter mindset and competitive team nature
- Strong communication and a natural ability to build strong relationships across various backgrounds
- Ability to demonstrate a commercial acumen
- Excellent time management and self-driven
- Good with CRM systems and processes
- Current driver's license & a willingness to travel within the Waikato region
