The Role:

As an End User Computing Analyst, you are the first point of contact for customers reaching out to IT for help. You are an integral part of the End User Computing team which provides an IT Service Desk to the business. The team operates across Australia and New Zealand, and supports customers from across our global organisation. You will respond to incoming requests through our ticketing system, over the phone and in person, whilst prioritising incidents and requests in accordance with the IT Service Level Agreement. You are not desk bound in this role, you are actively engaging with customers and exceeding their expectations with excellent customer service.

It is essential that you are the friendly face of IT when our customers engage with us. The Goodman Fielder IT teams are compassionate and care about their customer's needs. The services we provide and the actions we take should always seek to further enhance our reputation in the eyes of our customers.

The role will work with the broader IT function to maintain department standards, policies and processes, and implement changes, which are aligned to Goodman Fielder's policies, procedures, and business strategy. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience administering the Microsoft ecosystem in a complex enterprise environment in a Service Desk style role.
  • Demonstrated competencies in supporting users with:
    • Windows 7, 10.
    • Active Directory
    • Office 365 Suite, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online
  • A conceptual understanding of:
    • IT Service Management; Incident, Request, Change
    • Networking with LAN, Wireless and Managed WANs
    • VoIP Telephony
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to document technical solutions and present to an audience of less technical people.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as self-motivated to work independently. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement activities
  • Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles
