Reporting to the Program Manager, role will see you work closely with various teams across the business including Operations, Sales, Marketing, R&D and Engineering as well as teams across our manufacturing sites in Australia, and the resident Hub Managers for each state, as you assume accountability for the delivery of key operational transformation projects across production, warehouse and logistics. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role with the possibility of extension or permanency.

Specifically, you will:

  • Take accountability for the Project/s, ensuring that all parties are meeting their deadlines, or taking corrective actions where required
  • Provide leadership and direction to the broader site-based personnel to ensure that we meet the Project goals
  • Ensure that project costs and budgets are met, and ensure that all reporting and cost control are communicated to the Executive teams
  • Continually build on and improve our continuous improvement culture, and the development of people and processes
  • Manage multiple work streams across the projects concurrently


To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Project management experience within a large manufacturing business
  • A background in Operations
  • Ability to run multiple small and large projects concurrently
  • Experience liaising and generating input from various internal teams including operations and sales and marketing as well as external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business
  • A passion for improvement and driving change across a large matrix business
  • A background in FMCG would be ideal but is not essential
  • A track record utilising known project management methodologies is essential
  • Mobility for travel is essential, subject to project and site demands
