Our Opportunity

Our HR team at Goodman Fielder is a close knit, supportive group of professionals, who work hard – and most importantly, know how to have fun!  We take pride in what we do, delivering seamless support to the business, and we are currently on the lookout for a superstar HR Coordinator to join the team in Auckland.

This role is fundamental to the smooth running of our administration processes.  You will be working with a number of stakeholders throughout the New Zealand business, and as such, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain insight into the many moving parts of Goodman Fielder.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Responsibility for the generation for Salaried and Waged employment agreements and change in employment condition paperwork;
  • Provide first line advice and support to managers and employees on HR policy and process;
  • Coordinating and managing the Induction process for our employees;
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to support and coach on HR processes and systems;
  • Generate HR surveys and reporting to provide insights to the HR team and business;
  • Coordinate and support the rollout of training workshops.

To be successful in your application, you will have:

  • Previous HR Administration experience;
  • Working knowledge of best practice employment relations processes and NZ employment legislation;
  • Exposure to working with Collective Employment Agreements;
  • Worked in a fast paced environment with proven administration skills;
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • Experience in identifying and applying continuous improvement solutions.
