About the opportunity:

Across the business, we have an exciting growth strategy which you will be a significant contributor to. We are now looking for a dynamic, influential and passionate Regional Continuous Improvement Manager based in Moorebank. Reporting to the Regional Hub Manager, you will be an integral member of the team, responsible for the implementation and training of continuous improvement initiatives in the region. You will play a key role improving year on year balanced scorecard results to build world class performance at our sites.


You will be responsible for:

 

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across NSW/ACT and QLD production sites
  • Developing strategies to increase levels of efficiency at production sites and identify waste management strategies
  • Rolling out CI projects, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure high levels of participation
  • Continuing to build the CI culture within production sites


To be successful in this role you will need:

 

  • Manufacturing industry experience, ideally from FMCG
  • As a guide, 5+ years in a CI role or FMCG Management
  • Lean manufacturing or lean production experience will be highly regarded
  • An analytical mind with fine-tuned problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly computer literate across IOS and Microsoft suite of products
