About the opportunity:

We are now looking for a highly organised and efficient Load Planner based in Erskine Park, NSW. Reporting to the Grocery Transport Manager you will be an integral member of the Transport and Logistics team, responsible for load planning and coordinating Goodman Fielder customer orders.


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily transport operational activities
  • Downloading customer orders via SAP and booking transport with Goodman Fielder 3PL's
  • Building loads to optimise weight and cost efficiencies
  • Responding to transport enquiries
  • Communicating with the Customer Service team to advise on transport delays or issues


To be successful in this role you will need:

  • SAP, Excel experience (essential)
  • Previous transport coordination/planning experience
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG
  • Ability to build and manage relationships effectively cross functionally
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
