The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow our Indian Market across the South Island and Lower North Island.
In this role you'll drive revenue through strategic account management, customer development, and execution of sales initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and account plans to grow market share.
- Drive new business acquisition and maximise growth within current accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain an effective customer call cycle and complete required admin and CRM updates efficiently.
What you'll bring:
- Proven sales experience in the Indian Market food service & Ethnic retail channel with existing customer relationships.
- A hunter mindset with a strong commercial acumen and goal-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication, time management and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems
- Full NZ working rights and a valid NZ driver's licence.
