Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.
- Manage email correspondence ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.
- Record customer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues.
- Refer unresolved customer issues to the designated call centre department or supervisor for resolution.
Shift patterns available: 9:30 - 6 pm - Monday - Saturday on a monthly rotation roster.
6 Month Fixed Term contract - Start ASAP!
Must have's:
- A passion for building customer relationships and adding value to customers by identifying proactive sales and service opportunities
- Eagerness to learn and committed to the shift patterns available
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers always
- Good data entry skills
- Team player focus
- Have confidence in dealing with different customer enquiries.
Skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in call centre or retail environment favourable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
