Our Opportunity:9 month Fixed Term Contract x 3 positions
Shift patterns available:
- Sunday–Thursday: 1pm -9.30pm
- Tuesday-Saturday: 1pm – 9.30pm
- Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

- Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.
- Record customer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues.
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call centre department or supervisor for resolution.
- Ideally available for an immediate start
- A passion for building customer relationships and adding value to customers by identifying proactive sales and service opportunities
- Eagerness to learn and commit to the shift patterns available
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers always
- Good data entry skills
- Team player focus
- Have confidence in dealing with different customer enquiries
- Retail experience preferrable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in call centre or retail environment favourable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
