The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially minded National Account Manager to join our Sales team and take ownership of the Woolworths NZ account.
In this high-impact role, you'll lead commercial execution and deliver on sales, margin, and category growth targets. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer teams to build long-term partnerships and bring strategic plans to life.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of customer plans, including promotions, pricing, and product launches
- Manage forecasting, demand reviews, and deliver accurate financial targets and reporting
- Identify new business opportunities across the Goodman Fielder portfolio and lead growth initiatives
- Build strong, effective customer relationships and drive operational excellence
- Collaborate across commercial, marketing, category, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and delivery
About You
- Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, ideally with exposure to Woolworths NZ or Foodstuffs
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering business cases and influencing key stakeholders
- A confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Analytical mindset with experience working with BW, IRI, or other data and insights tools
