The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and analytical Sales Effectiveness Lead to join our Customer Experience team based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.
In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for maximising the performance of our Sales team through process improvements, capability building, and the optimisation of tools and systems—particularly Salesforce CRM.
Working closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and IT, you'll lead the development of platforms, reporting, and training initiatives that improve both team efficiency and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive sales productivity and effectiveness
- Lead CRM development and ongoing enhancements, supporting data integrity and usability
- Create and manage sales dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) for actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed improvements across the sales process
- Support change management and training initiatives to uplift capability and engagement
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a blend of commercial understanding, technical capability, and experience working with or within FMCG sales teams. You'll also be comfortable influencing across departments to drive adoption of change.
You'll also bring:
- Proven experience managing or administering CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical capability and experience working with tools like Tableau
- The ability to translate data into insights and present across all business levels
- Experience working in FMCG or food service sales environments
- A passion for driving process improvement and a collaborative, proactive mindset
