Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Information Management projects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a variety of business improvement initiatives, with a focus on systems and data management, including document management systems. Experience with SharePoint, SAP DMS or similar platforms will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business improvement projects, particularly in the Information Management domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support business analysts in translating business requirements into IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing corporate projects from inception to business transition.
• Demonstrated success in delivering Information Management or document management system projects.
• Experience with SAP DMS or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills, including task and resource prioritization.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
