Our Opportunity

 
We are looking for a Senior UHT Reliability Specialist to join in a crucial role in our Engineering team at our Meadow Fresh dairy manufacturing site in Christchurch. As the specialist you will use and develop the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) to achieve high levels of reliability across the UHT department.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Reduce & avoid unplanned downtime through the development of the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS)
• Support the implementation of a reliability & maintenance 5-year plan including condition-based monitoring
• Train, coach and develop the knowledge of the UHT Maintenance & Aseptic teams
• Analyse the overall risk levels for fixed and non-fixed assets to recommend and create reliability strategies

About You 

In order to make this role a success we are looking for a Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in UHT Tetra Pak engineering systems.

Other experience, qualifications and skillsets we're looking for, include:

• Experience in the development, management & execution of Tetra Pak Maintenance Systems (TPMS) and Packing Line Monitoring System (PLMS) analysis
• UHT aseptic Dairy technology and hygienic design experience
• Preferably Tetra Pak engineering trainings (Lund/Modena)
• Trainings in A3 Speed Maintenance, CAP30, CBP30 Maintenance, RS Logix 5000 Intermediate Rockwell Line Auto functions and Settings
