Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team, based in Auckland, with a focus on servicing and growing our Asian Food Service and Retail channels across the North Island.
This is a fantastic role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, deep cultural understanding of the Asian market, and the ability to build lasting relationships in a competitive, fast-paced FMCG environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow key customer accounts within the Asian food service and retail sectors
- Partner with the Channel Manager to activate sales strategies and drive market share
- Leverage your language skills (Mandarin essential; Cantonese desirable) to build strong customer connections
- Develop new business opportunities, driving volume growth and customer retention
- Represent our loved brands and deliver outstanding service across your territory
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in customer account management, ideally in the Asian food retail or food service industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese highly regarded)
- Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence
- A deep understanding of the Asian consumer and business landscape in New Zealand
- A current driver's license and valid NZ work rights
