Job Description
The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Foodservice team and lead sales across the Lower Southland region – Invercargill, Gore and Dunedin.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll manage existing customers, hunt for new business opportunities, and drive growth across a diverse foodservice customer base. You'll work closely with our Regional Sales Manager and distribution partners to maximise opportunities and ensure our trusted brands are front and centre with customers.

Location: Invercargill / Gore
What you will do
- Build strong, long-term relationships with foodservice customers across your territory
- Identify and win new business opportunities to grow market share
- Deliver sales targets through smart planning, promotions and product launches
- Negotiate ranging, pricing and commercial opportunities with customers
- Provide expert product knowledge and insights that help customers grow their businesses
- Partner with distribution teams and Sales leadership to maximise territory performance
What you will bring
- Proven sales experience, ideally within FMCG or Foodservice
- A strong hunter mindset with a passion for winning new business
- Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capability
- Highly organised and self-driven with strong time management
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Lower South Island
- Ability to undertake monthly overnight travel
