The Opportunity
We're seeking Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Lead to join the Wilmar Group. Our successful candidate will be a passionate and energetic technical leader who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people and the business.
Reporting to the Head of Business Applications, you'll own the development, and influence the optimisation and strategic direction of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role within a lean Team with one direct report, where coaching, collaboration and stakeholder partnership are just as important as technical capability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development and optimisation of SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions within the Global framework
- Partner with business stakeholders and global IT to deliver fit-for-purpose, scalable, and secure solutions
- Drive automation and digitisation of business processes
- Coach and develop your direct report, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Manage multiple initiatives, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience with SharePoint 2019 & Online, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Hands-on Power Platform development experience is mandatory
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale solutions and troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
- Coaching mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
- 8+ years' experience in SharePoint/Power Platform; relevant Microsoft certifications a plus
- Must be able to work in a Hybrid working environment - Monday / Tuesday / Thursday in office days. - Weds /Friday WFH
