Job Description
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Export Project Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic export initiatives across key international markets, including Greater China, Southeast Asia, the Pacific and other markets as needed.
Reporting to the Export Project Manager, this role plays a critical part in coordinating projects end-to-end — from planning and administration through to stakeholder engagement and execution. You'll support a broad range of export initiatives, with exposure to product, packaging, artwork, R&D, commercialisation and customer-facing projects.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised coordinator who thrives on juggling multiple workstreams and enjoys working in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
What you will do
- Support the Export Project Manager across all aspects of export project delivery and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the export team
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and documentation
- Coordinate project requirements, information flow, meetings and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and in-market customers
- Ensure projects are delivered in full, on time, in spec and within budget, escalating risks as required
- Lead projects with guidance from the Export Project Manager
- Assist with export projects, including artwork updates, packaging changes, format changes, commercialisation of new products and product launch.
- Assist with expanding existing products to new export markets and/or overseas channels.
- Develop training materials and documentation for new and existing export team members
- Help maintain accurate export databases, including product specs, packshots, renders and marketing assets
- Embed best-practice approaches and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and consistency across export processes
What you will bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coordination and organisational capability
- Experience in project coordination or project management (preferred)
- FMCG and/or dairy experience (preferred)
- Exposure to commercial acumen and P&L understanding (preferred)
- Mandarin and/or other South East Asian language capability (advantageous)
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong attention to detail
