About the role
We're looking for a capable and curious Group Planning & Performance Analyst to join our Group Planning & Performance team on a 12-month Parental leave contract.
In this role, you'll support planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across Group and Market Business Units, while helping lift the quality, consistency and impact of our performance insights. You'll use advanced analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau, to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making.
You'll work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams, balancing strong technical delivery with a collaborative, commercial mindset.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders to define data and reporting needs, delivering high-quality Tableau dashboards and analytics that highlight trends, risks and opportunities
- Prepare and coordinate management reporting, forecasting, S&OP and budget cycles, including variance analysis and consolidation of financial data (DME, SG&A and indirects)
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data quality and insight generation, ensuring timely, accurate and meaningful outputs
What you'll bring
- Strong experience developing data-driven dashboards and reports in Tableau, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills, with exposure to SAP BW or similar systems highly regarded
- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, comfortable working with ambiguity and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline, with CPA or CA qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, business analysis or a similar role, including at least 2 years' hands-on Tableau experience is essential
- FMCG experience is desirable
