The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a forward-thinking Maintenance Manager who's ready to step up, make an impact and grow into a future Site Leadership role.
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in leading maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement across the site. This is more than just a maintenance role — it's an opportunity to shape how the site operates, bring fresh thinking, and build a high-performing team in a close-knit, hands-on environment.

What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day maintenance and reliability activities, ensuring strong performance across safety, uptime, quality and cost
- Develop and embed preventative maintenance programs, CMMS accuracy and asset management frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, defect elimination and unlocking plant capacity
- Build and lead a small, high-performing team of 2-3 — coaching, developing and setting clear expectations
- Champion a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all operational and food safety standards
- Partner closely with Production, Quality and Site Leadership to improve site performance
What You Will Bring
- Maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing (food/FMCG highly regarded)

- Trade or engineering qualification
