The role:
Helga's is a staple in Australian households, known for its quality, taste, and commitment to innovation. We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager who thrives on driving brand growth, challenging the status quo, and creating meaningful connections with consumers.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Premium Loaf, you'll take ownership of Helga's strategic direction, shaping the future of the brand and delivering profitable growth across retail and foodservice channels. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile portfolio, leading complex projects and bringing bold ideas to life.
What you'll do:
- Be the go-to expert for the Helga's brand, with deep insight into category trends and the competitive landscape
- In alignment with the Marketing Manager, develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan that drives portfolio health, brand preference, and commercial success
- Lead portfolio optimisation initiatives to maximise profitability
- Develop and execute best-in-class communication plans that resonate with consumers and drive engagement
- Spearhead innovation, leading the development and launch of new products that meet evolving consumer needs
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Who you are:
- You're a passionate, results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You think strategically, act decisively, and know how to bring a brand to life in a way that captivates consumers and drives business growth. You're also a natural collaborator - an exceptional communicator who can influence stakeholders and inspire teams to push boundaries.
What you need:
- 8+ years of brand marketing experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods
- A proven track record of driving brand growth and leading high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Expertise in brand strategy, innovation, and portfolio management
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in NPD project management
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office and Circana
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
