As such we are now looking for a Loader Operator, Supply Chain Assistant based at our distribution site in West Richmond.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Manager, the Loader Operator will be an integral member of the bakery distribution team, responsible for overseeing the day to day process of the distribution team including bakery network organisation, picking and packing orders for our customers, ensuring timely dispatch and working toward KPIs.

The shift pattern available is:

Tuesday 4.00pm - 12.00am

Wednesday 1.00pm - 9.00pm

Thursday 4.00pm - 12.00am

Friday 1.00pm - 9.30pm

Saturday 1.00pm - 9.00pm

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

• At least 2 years proven experience in supply chain/manufacturing
• Ability to communicate and interact with all types of people
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Maintain accountability & responsibility within self & team
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office
• Logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
• Planning and organising experience
