About the opportunity: 

We have some opportunities available in our Camellia Site Day shift (6am – 2 pm, 38 hours), with the view to commence as soon as available.

Operator: Monday – Friday

Full Time position

All training and support will be provided to the successful candidate. Overtime may be available during peak periods of production

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities

• Undertakes all relevant training on Company procedures and safety guidelines
• Repetition work on automatic, semi-automatic or single purpose machines or equipment
• Perform the process work in vinegar plant like filtration, pasteurization, transfer the vinegar from one tank to other using SCADA system and manually operate valves and change connections in key stations
• Perform basic transfer operation in SAP and do paperwork and load the Bulk vinegar tankers and fill the pallecons.
• Operating specific machinery with proficiency and minimal supervision.
• Following all SOPs for the assigned workstations
• Performs general duties and follows instructions as directed by Manager
• Operates within all safety guidelines and recommendations as set by the Company
• Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet customer specifications
• Perform general labouring and cleaning duties, including but not limited to general product handling, labouring, and cleaning duties, tidying of work area, stacking crates, removing rubbish etc
• Assist new employees by acting as a work buddy and support leaders and managers in delivering on-the-job training
• Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure smooth line operation
• Performing basic machine fault finding and reporting any complex machine faults or issues to team manager
• Operation of mobile equipment including forklifts (where applicable)
• Maintains sanitation/hygiene standards of work area and has awareness of hygiene and importance of microbiological containment.
• Monitoring line operation at a workstation for quality and consistency
• Demonstrates good housekeeping procedures and standards
