About the Role

As such, we are now looking for a result driven and ambitious Territory Manager to deliver the overall financial objectives for the Sydney Metro Region.
This is an entry level sales role where you will be involved with delivering profitable sales growth in the Independents channel through direct selling and in store execution of Goodman Fielder's full range of retail bakery and grocery products. You role will involve visiting all stores within your territory in a set cycle, upselling instore activations for our products, increase ranging wihtin each independent store, building relationships with store owners/managers and assist with other instore activities.
About You
- Up to 2 years work experience - Would suit a recent graduate
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills (ability to develop strong relationships internally & externally)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to manage challenging timelines and work under pressure
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Sales force, information systems)
- Experience in working with new customers and developing relationships quickly
- Self-starter who uses own initiative
- Valid Driver's License
- You have a Growth Mindset and easily adapt to shifts in business strategy and ongoing change
