About The Opportunity

 You will be a member of the R&D PIMS team, responsible for managing food product specifications (product, packaging, ingredients) for the GF ANZ business across all categories and channels.  This is a great opportunity if you enjoy collaboration in a supportive environment to achieve results.   We are preparing to transform our systems and processes, so you can join the team at the start of the journey!  This role will be a combination of business-as-usual and project tasks.

You will be responsible for:

• Management of specifications (product, packaging, and ingredients) to meet regulatory, industry and business requirements for your category/channel
• Lead systems and process project tasks in your area
• Deliver user training as required
• Co-ordinate systems and issues resolution in conjunction with other members of the team

To be successful, you will need:

• Understanding of Food Industry specification requirements (AFGC PIF, FSANZ)
• A collaborative approach to achieve results
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• A systematic approach to solving problems
• Demonstrated aptitude for working with systems. 
• Strong communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• A growth mindset
