Are you a master of logistics, a communicator extraordinaire, and a champion of getting stuff done??  We're looking for a dynamic individual to take charge of our Point of Sale (POS) operations and field sales administration—someone who thrives on precision, collaboration, and driving performance in-store. 

As Field Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our field sales operations—managing POS logistics, streamlining communication, and supporting our national sales teams with the tools and data they need to win in store every day.

What You'll Do:

•             POS Logistics & Vendor Management: Oversee the end-to-end POS supply chain—from warehouse to store—while identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

•             Field Sales Communication & Planning: Elevate execution standards by enabling seamless communication across FSMs, RSMs, contractors, and merchandisers.

•             CRM & Systems Integration: Support the transition to automated planning tools on Salesforce CRM to boost field efficiency and retail performance.

•             Sales Administration & Reporting: Provide critical support for order processing, data collection, reporting, and activation planning across our field teams.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a Field administration role (or similar), preferably within the Australian FMCG food industry
• Proven ability to provide administration support over geographically dispersed teams, including the development of business systems, processes and tools
• Solid experience and capability in stakeholder management, both internal & external
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel, and any CRM systems experience would be advantageous
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
• A growth mindset, agility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
