Are you passionate about shaping high-performing cultures, developing leaders, and driving meaningful change? We're looking for a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and help us unlock the full potential of our people.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives that elevate performance, engagement, and inclusion. You'll be a trusted advisor, a coach, and a catalyst for growth—bringing energy and expertise to every part of the employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Partnering - Collaborate with leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment.
- Performance & Talent Development - Embed a high-performance mindset through goal setting, feedback, and development planning. Identify and grow internal talent through succession planning and career pathways.
- Leadership Enablement - Facilitate leadership programs and coach managers to build capability, foster accountability, and lead with impact.
- Employee Experience & Engagement -Lead engagement survey processes, translate insights into action, and support leaders in building thriving, inclusive teams.
- Employee & Industrial Relations - Provide expert guidance on HR policies and employment legislation. Manage complex employee relations matters and support EBA negotiations.
- Wellbeing & Inclusion - Champion psychosocial safety and wellbeing initiatives. Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion across the employee lifecycle.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years at PCBP / Snr HR Advisor level or similar.
- Track record in influencing and driving a high-performance culture.
- Experience in organisational development, talent management, and leadership facilitation.
- Strong understanding of legislation, EBA processes, and psychosocial risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in DEI execution of initiatives.
- Growth mindset, strategic thinking, results orientation, empowerment, collaboration, and front-line leader/leadership development.
