HSE Program Delivery Lead | Sydney

We're seeking a strategic HSE Program Delivery Lead to Support and assist the National HSE Manager to implement a program of HSE Projects and the GF Critical Risk Management Program.

This role will:

• Lead Program Implementation: Champion the rollout and integration of key safety programs including Critical Risk Management, Life Saving Rules, and behavioural safety initiatives like Never Walk By.
• Drive Strategic HSE Planning: Oversee the execution of the GF AU HSE Strategy and site-specific HSE Plans, including support for sustainability goals and enterprise risk management.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to deliver safety programs and support risk register and risk mitigation requirements.
• Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Support HSE Audit and Assurance  processes, KPI reporting, SOP development, and Management of Change (MOC) processes using Enablon.
• Provide National Support: Act as a subject matter expert and offer guidance across operational sites, including corporate office HSE coordination.

You will bring

• Degree or Diploma in HSE or equivalent
• Program / Project Management Skills and qualifications desirable
• 8-10 years in a relevant or similar role
• Working in manufacturing or other heavy industry desirable
• Prior experience in leading the development, improvement and digitisation of reporting systems (AI an advantage)
• Growth mindset, strategic thinking, and a drive for results approach
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Analytical thinking with solid organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
