Goodman Fielder is seeking an experienced and visionary marketing leader to champion marketing engagement, effectiveness, and digital acceleration across our iconic brand portfolio. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering measurable growth by elevating how our brands connect with consumers and customers across retail and foodservice channels.
Reporting to the GM Marketing & Portfolio, you will set the strategic agenda for brand engagement, measurement frameworks, agency operating models, and digital brand management. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Portfolio, Sales, IT and agency partners to design and execute a modern, datasmart marketing ecosystem that drives true commercial impact.

About the Role
This senior role leads the design and delivery of an endtoend marketing engagement and effectiveness strategy spanning online, offline, retail media, foodservice channels and digital activation.
You will build a futurefit brand performance measurement model, uplift digital capability, optimise marketing investment and guide the development of an integrated “agency village” structure to support all GF brands.
- Lead the end to end consumer engagement strategy across paid, owned, earned, retail media and Foodservice channels to deliver brand and commercial growth.
- Design and manage an integrated agency operating model, defining inhouse vs outsourced capabilities.
- Own the measurement framework for brand and media performance, setting guardrails and optimisation standards.
- Translate brand, shopper and commercial goals into effective media, eCommerce and digital engagement plans.
- Drive actionable insights and analytics to inform decisions and improve effectiveness.
- Lead eCommerce and digital brand management, including content standards, digital shelf visibility and conversion optimisation.
- Shape the digital acceleration and martech roadmap, ensuring CRM, automation and analytics platforms support growth.
- Embed strong governance, testandlearn practices, playbooks and capability building across teams.
- Build effective partnerships with stakeholders, customers, agencies and retailers.
- Deliver highimpact storytelling, senior stakeholder influence and strong commercial decisionmaking.
- Oversee complex projects to time, scope and budget, managing agency performance and crossfunctional alignment.
About You
You bring the perfect blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and hands on digital marketing expertise. You're a natural storyteller and influencer, able to turn insights into clear actions and drive measurable change across the organisation.
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years in marketing (client or agency), with deep skills in digital, social, mobile and data smart marketing
- Proven experience in integrated communications strategy (ATL + BTL)
- Strong background in insights, analytics or media effectiveness
- Demonstrated leadership and teambuilding capability
- Exceptional stakeholder and agency management capability
- Advanced competency in strategy, commercial evaluation, project leadership and integrated marketing communications
