The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Growth and Enablement you will:
- Lead strategic projects that shape Goodman Fielder's long‑term growth pathway.
- Identify new markets, adjacencies, categories, and opportunities using structured analysis and deep insight.
- Provide executive leadership with fact‑based recommendations, business cases, and investment options.
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure strategy is understood, embedded, and brought to life.
- Turn strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and operating rhythms that drive momentum.
- Support strategic reviews, transformation initiatives and performance deep‑dives.
- Design and deliver enterprise planning cycles and business‑wide cadences.
Your work will directly influence the decisions we make, the investments we prioritise, and the future we build.
Experience We're Looking For
- 6+ years in strategy, consulting, commercial, insights or portfolio roles (FMCG ideal but not essential).
- Experience contributing to or leading enterprise‑level strategic initiatives.
- Strong capability in business case development and financial modelling.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or related discipline (MBA advantageous).
- Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with experience turning customer insight into strategy.
