This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team at the ground floor and help shape the future growth agenda across some of Australia's most recognised food brands. You'll work at the intersection of consumer insight, strategy, innovation and commercialisation, taking concepts from idea to launch and helping unlock new revenue streams, categories and growth platforms for the business.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Marketing Manager to translate the breakthrough innovation strategy into a focused pipeline of projects and learning plans.
• Lead the day-to-day delivery of priority innovation initiatives from opportunity definition and concept development through validation, commercialisation and launch.
• Use consumer, category, customer and cultural insights to shape compelling propositions and recommendations.
• Contribute to robust business cases, including consumer need, strategic fit, financial viability, key risks and execution requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally to progress initiatives through agreed decision gates and ensure clear ownership, actions and timelines.
• Support the transition of established initiatives into Portfolio, Brand or Channel teams with clear plans, measures and learnings.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years' experience in FMCG, retail, innovation, brand, category or commercial marketing roles.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects and bringing initiatives to market.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with curiosity about consumers, trends and emerging opportunities.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, growth-minded approach with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive momentum.
• Experience in innovation, NPD or commercialisation processes will be highly regarded.
