About The Opportunity
Currently we are recruiting for a Food Service Marketing Lead. This newly created role is a critical part in growing our Foodservice business which is a key focus area of growth for our business. Therefore, this role will be reporting into the Portfolio & Marketing Director and based in Macquarie Park head office. This role will lead a team and be responsible for driving growth of our Foodservice portfolio through development and delivery of effective channel marketing strategy and activities to deliver against our Food Service growth aspirations.
What you will do
- Development and execution of Foodservice marketing strategy and priorities - to drive growth, leverage the scale of the GF portfolio & increase preference for our brands and products
- Own Foodservice cycle planning and activation calendar. Align brand and customer strategies to deliver maximum commercial return
- Support the development of key marketing campaigns into the Foodservice channel
- Support the Foodservice Sales team to effectively deliver key customer initiatives
- Lead cross category and portfolio initiatives to drive growth and leverage scale
- Complete evaluation of in market activities – analyse the commercial return and make recommendations for future optimisation
- Lead a team to deliver on the foodservice marketing plan
What You Will Need
- 5+ years Foodservice channel experience and +8 years of overall marketing experience
- Agency experience a bonus
- Experience in brand and customer campaigns
- Proficient with customer data and insights
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
- Has a Hunger to have a real impact
- Is Open, curious and collaborative
