This is a multi-skilled role that focuses on people leadership and coaching, with a comprehensive accountability across the full scope of product categories, channels, customers and consumers. Effectiveness in this role will come from someone passionate about customer service and who is capable of balancing service delivery in a pressurized and visible area, with the competing needs of a range of stakeholders.
 
Key accountabilities of the role include:
 
• Proactive leadership in an environment of high change, coaching to foster a high performance culture
• Responsibility for Customer Service and Consumer Advisory service delivery
• Escalation and resolution of complaints for both customer and consumer
• Coaching and leading a team with focus on quality and ease of interactions
 
About You
 
To be successful in your application, you will have:
 
• A passion for customer service and people leadership
• Experience leading and coaching large, diverse teams - in particular through times of change
• Experience working in a busy, high pressure environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
