About the opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and passionate Site Support Administrator based in Dunedin. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be an integral member of the team, responsible for providing critical administrative support across our site. You will contribute to providing a welcoming environment for clients and visitors along with the smooth operation of the office.
No two days will ever be the same! This role offers a wide variety of work across our daily operations from reception, accounts and finance duties, assisting with budgets, data and reporting, facilities and logistics just to name a few.

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, sorting and distributing all incoming and preparing outgoing mail
  • Recording office expenditure, usage and managing the budget.
  • Catering for VIP visits, training and special occasions.
  • Supporting other key departments within the site assisting with administration as required.
  • Assisting the engineering team with spend against budget.
  • Accounts payable monitoring, credit invoicing and account receivable

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Solid administration support experience within a busy FMCG (or similar) fast-paced environment
  • Accounts payable/accounts receivable experience
  • Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Expertise in SAP will be highly regarded or a similar accounting software package
  • Highly organised and process orientated
  • As a guide, a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivable/payable will be highly regarded
