Our Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic office administrator to join our amazing administration team based in the Auckland CBD. 

You will hold a pivotal role in managing our newly renovated Head Office visitors' area which will include providing assistance with general inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional manner.  This is a fast-paced environment and is often a hive of activity and you will need to be able to juggle many tasks while keeping composed and friendly.


Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service both internally and externally
  • Daily Mail Management
  • Ownership and management of 26 on-site meeting rooms
  • Management of site of visitor and contractor Induction
  • Daily Coordination of Visitor Car Parks
  • Co-ordination of Stationery/Office Consumables, including business cards
  • Purchase Orders (SAP)
  • Assistance to Executive Assistants and Facilities teams
  • Health & Safety Committee representative
  • All other general administration tasks to support a high functioning Head Office facility


About You

If you have strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, love problem solving, multi-tasking and if you can juggle all of these things and still have a smile on your face then you are exactly what we are looking for!

  • SAP experience desirable (not essential)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
