National HSE Systems & Reporting Manager | Sydney

Job Description

We're seeking a National HSE Systems and Reporting Manager to support and assist the National HSE Manager to drive improvement in safety and environmental performance across the business. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national HSE systems and platforms, acting as superuser for Enablon, Learning Management (LITMOS) as well as other systems such as RAPID, Chemwatch and document management.
• Deliver accurate and insightful HSE reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee environmental data reporting
• Support risk, governance and HSE assurance, including Campaign execution and risk registers / risk mitigation projects.
• Coordinate national HSE training programs and competency development aligned with business needs.
• Support long term ISO certification and sustainability reporting initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system integration, compliance, and best practice adoption.
• Provide national HSE support and contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives across teams.

You will bring

• Degree or Diploma in HSE or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessing desirable
• 5 years in a relevant or similar role
• Working in manufacturing or other heavy industry desirableA strategic and growth-oriented mindset, with resilience and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and inspire others.
• A proactive approach to innovation and accountability, with a focus on delivering results.
• Solid technical capabilities, including data analysis, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
