Our Opportunity
This great part-time role is based at our Head Office in Auckland's CBD. You will be part of a highly capable and well-respected national HR team, supporting our Head of Finance and the finance team. 
You will be responsible for delivering a number of varied and complex HR initiatives within your client base, as well as sitting on the Finance lead team, providing strategic advice and support to leaders.  In addition you will be involved in the management of strategic HR projects, as we deliver an ambitious HR strategy.
You will also:
  • Partner with leaders and take accountability for driving the delivery of people strategies that align performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives with the overall business strategy
  • Understand business drivers and contribute to key business projects 
  • Lead people change management strategies 
  • Build effective talent pipelines 
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
  • Experience working in best practice HR environments
  • Proven experience of delivering strategic HR projects and initiatives (including working on compensation related projects)
  • Sound knowledge and application of employment law
  • Excellent judgment, initiative, and influencing skills
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field (preferred but not essential)
